What are the ways to contact the CAM team?

We have two ways of communicating with CAM: direct messages on Instagram and email at support@coverartmarket.com. Email is preferred.

How do I change my status, change a price, offer a sale, etc. ?

Today email at support@coverartmarket.com.  We are working on providing you with this functionality as part of the Designer Portal.

What are CAM Cover Specifications?

CAM Cover Specifications are a set of guidelines to ensure covers are exclusive original designs ready for streaming. Among other things, it includes 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG format, and copyright free.  All Designer Covers are required to meet CAM Cover Specifications. It is the responsibility of the Designer to make sure their covers meet CAM specifications. CAM Cover Specifications can be found in the CAM Designer Manual Section III.

Why does CAM require me to sell my pre-made cover art exclusively on the CAM Platform?

a. We are committed to creating a trusted, high-value marketplace for exclusive premade cover designs. To maintain and ensure all covers are exclusive designs sold just once. This confidence from customers leads to increased sales for all. 

b. We spend tens of thousands of dollars on marketing designer's and their covers and offer a best-in-class commission rate of 80% paid within 1-7 days. As well as we pay the payment processing fees which averages 3% of the sale and another 3% on commissions paid. We think it is only fair to request you sell premade covers exclusively on CAM.

c. We believe we are stronger together on one platform, we amplify each other's work, reach broader audiences, and create a more sales for all.

Why do I see a discount on a cover sold that I did not request?

The CAM Platform offers a special one-time discount of 10% for new customers. This important strategy is designed to help you sell more cover art. By providing a discount on the first order, we aim to make it easier for new artists to take the initial step in discovering and purchasing your designs.

A significant portion of our sales comes from repeat customers, so attracting new buyers is beneficial for everyone. Offering a discount on first orders not only encourages more initial purchases but also enhances the likelihood of converting new customers into loyal ones. In fact, this strategy has become a standard practice in e-commerce because it is effective!

Why offer a paid PRO Designer Program? What are the benefits?

CAM will always be free to join, paying a competitive rate promptly to give graphic designers opportunities to earn $$, grow their brand, and enhance their skills.

What is the CAM Sales Analytics Report?
